Be Authentic! It’s your own blog!

Are you an authority?
A question I get often in results of the amount of reviews in many formats I have shared in the past.
But..

Are you authentic?
After writing about how I feel towards “advertising only” blogs here, I think it’s time to ask the next question:

How can you become a reliable authority blogger?
Well, the answer is very simple: You build your reputation online by time. But it’s hard work:
Research, read, get involved in forums and groups, comment on other blogs with your opinions, join social networking sites and socialize with people around the globe, go to trade shows or join webinars, join twitter and stumble upon (but don’t spam others with unwanted junk!), visit digg or mixx and learn as much as you can before writing on any subject.
Do videos or audio and post them along your blog posts, then ofcourse write, write and write more.
I know it takes time, but before you know it, you will have 100’s of readers to your blog, 100’s of youtube subscribers and maybe 1000’s of Twitter followers!
These I call my “quality and loyal” readers or subscribers that I would share any knowledge with them (like my free online training program on www.WAHOL.com) and will always love to interact with them on a personal level πŸ™‚

And before you know it, you become an authority. Thanks to all the research, hard work and long reading hours, people will stop by you for reliable information. And to me, that means a lot.
Other wise, what’s the benifit of being a blogger?! Right?
Please let me know if you think that you are an authentic blogger and please share your blog’s link on the comments area of this post.
And don’t forget to keep updated for free through the RSS feed!

X-Factor Video Reveals Facebook Secret

Just imagine…

You’ve heard about the blogging phenomena making the rounds lately.

And you’ve even though about setting up your own blog.

But perhaps the biggest question you’ve had so far is:

“What on earth shall I blog about?”

But don’t worry, you’re not alone.

And there’s some good news for you as well…

Not many people know what they want to blog about when they’re just getting started.

And that’s why Yaro Starak and Gideon Shalwick have just created a special X-Factor Strategy video that shows you how…

If you’re in any doubt as to what you should be blogging about, this X-Factor strategy video will get you off to a great start.

The video is an elaboration of one of the X-Factor strategies inside Yaro and Gideon’s report – The Roadmap To Become A Blogger, which has already been downloaded 8,789 times in the last week!

It looks at a little-known feature of the social media giant Facebook, and shows you how to use it to your advantage and uncover multiple exploitable
niche areas.

You can watch the whole video, without paying a cent or even giving away your details, over here.

Just go ahead and watch the video…

It really wont cost you a thing, and it even comes with a full transcript that you can print out and follow along while you watch the video.

It’s a no-brainer – just go and watch it now:

If nothing else, you’ll get to know how to make friends with people from all over the world at the click of a button. And that could be very handy when you’re doing research for your new blog project.

Talking about Bloggers on Yahoo!

Certainly, there is a lot of buzz about bloggers today, from Darren Rowse and Jeff Chandlers post about the future of blogging, all the way to Yahoo’s own homepage!
2 Of Yahoo’s homepage featured articles (Yes 2 of them in the same time) speaks about bloggers and what they think.
One article was about the band Coldplay being accused of stealing a riff from a guitar virtuoso, and that a blogger thinks that there is a point of the story, the other is about a blogger that believes Detroit might be better of with NBA star Allen Iverson behind center.
Here is my point:
Blogging is a very powerful media stream, whether you are a mom blogging about toddlers care tips or you are a NBA backstage addict blogger, your point and vision will be read and counted for.
So go ahead and start blogging, build your name and maybe I will read about your review of a new Lamborghini on Yahoo’s homepage soon.

Why do I LOVE Twitter?

twitter

3 Days ago I asked this question on Twitter: Name 1 reason you love Twitter and 1 tool that you use to “Tweet” the most.
Here is my answer:

Here are the first 50 answers (Replies or Direct Messages) from my friends on Twitter:

What is Twitter? Find out here!

Follow me on Twitter here!

Twitter is a personal friendly tool used to network socialize and most importantly staying up to date on what’s going on in the world.

Best answer that made me laugh was @netik answer, we all know that you work there John, so thanks for participating πŸ™‚

All the other answers are great, I received almost 100 replies with only one of them asking if they can say why they hated twitter. Well, as any person would, I was a bit skeptical too when I first started using Twitter. But that’s another story in the making and will be shared with you all soon.

Don’t forget to comment on this post of what you think of the answers and of Twitter in general.

Thank you to everyone that replied or DM’ed me back and if you are looking to learn more about Twitter and beyond, I have just finished a 5 hours session to be included in the free online school starting November 1st, so keep updated and sign up when the doors opens soon πŸ™‚
