Never Give Up

nevergiveup

With all the good things that happened to me in the past few years whether it was personal or in business, many of my new friends have absolutely no idea that I hit rock bottom at one point in the last few years. And I mean fucking zero.

I had no job for a long whole, on my own, no family, very few friends stood by me and helped as much as they could, and I am forever thankful for them, but I hit a point where I had no rent money, no food money, was late on bills to the point that I had no heat or hot water at some point, I still remember getting brain freeze from the shower, I even asked the neighbors for an electricity extension. Bank froze all my money, and I was in debt to friends.

However, I NEVER GAVE UP. I know it will be a long road to get back on my feet. And it was, and without a lot of boring details, I found a job on craigslist, revived my eCommerce skills, blogged and did affiliate marketing, moved around 5 apartments, and so on, I did what it took as long as it was legal or legit to become independent again.

It worked. although it took 3 years, it really worked, I learned a lot from it, but my number one lesson is not to give up.

This post is not to brag of what I did or how I did it, this was just to open up and give you this priceless advice.

So, that’s what I will leave you with. Never Give Up. All will be well.

LastPass is awesome.

And according to an email fro them this morning and TechCrunch, The remote desktop software giant LogMeIn just acquired lastpass this morning for $110 Millions.

Congrats to the team at lastpass and LogMeIn, security is an important subject to me and pretty much any other person on the web.

Looking forward to all the new features from both companies.

The One Reason I use LastPass

LastPass

I’ve been meaning to write about lastpass for years.

My passwords got out of hands a few years ago, I needed a good password management system, I looked everywhere.

All password management software had almost the same options, generate secure passwords, sync it with any device, form auto fill, high encryption, save it all in the clouds… Wait, what?!

Why would I ever save all my passwords and sensitive information on any cloud based service? That’s a big NO NO for me.

Except that lastpass does all the above PLUS they don’t save your passwords or logins in the cloud, your highly encrypted file is downloaded and de-crypted in each device that you use, in fact, if you forget your master password, it’s extremely hard even for them to get you back in. So, don’t forget your freakin master password.

Not to mention a couple more great features: Secure notes which is like evernote but encrypted and saved within your account, and their amazing security check which keeps your logins fresh and up to date with security.

Lastpass is really awesome and it works with anything, really, even with my firefox for android! And it’s completely FREE, or for mobile devices it’s only $12 per year!! That’s 3.2 cents a day! How much do you spend on your coffee per day?!

And for me, if you use my link to lastpass I get 1 free month of premium and then you can share your link and get free month as well.
